    We are partners with Quest Diagnostics, Alere eScreen, Lab Corp, Psychematics, Omega, Medtox, Clinical Reference Lab, DISA Global Solutions, DSI Medical Services, and Hire Right as a collection testing site.


    To preserve the integrity of the collection process, Alpha uses appropriate shipping containers and tamper-evident labels and seals. Alpha Screening is 100% FCRA compliant in performing background checks.​
