We are certified for DOT and non-DOT alcohol breath testing and urine specimen collections. Credentials
As a professional, licensed CLIA clinic and a Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) and Drug Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) member in good standing, Alpha is currently certified to use the electronic Chain of Custody Form (eCCF) with Formfox and eScreen123 to conduct DOT and non-DOT collections.

We are partners with Quest Diagnostics, Alere eScreen, Lab Corp, Psychematics, Omega, Medtox, Clinical Reference Lab, DISA Global Solutions, DSI Medical Services, and Hire Right as a collection testing site.

To preserve the integrity of the collection process, Alpha uses appropriate shipping containers and tamper-evident labels and seals. Alpha Screening is 100% FCRA compliant in performing background checks.
